WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR AN ENTRY PERMIT?
Afghans born in the United State, and hold a United States Passport but Applicant's father is an Afghan Citizen.

  • Applicant's First Page of US Passport
  • Applicant's Birth Certificate
  • Both Parent Passports (First Page)

3) Entry Permit Fee

  • $25.00

(All fees must be paid with MONEY ORDER)

NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED

Payable to the Order of: Consulate General of Afghanistan

NOTE: Applications sent by mail must include a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope. You may use Certified or Registered U.S. mail, or a Federal Express or UPS shipping envelope.
